What do you need notarized?
Most people who come to me are dealing with one of these five situations. Find yours below.
“I need to swear a statement for court or a government form.”
This is an affidavit or statutory declaration. Bring it unsigned — you sign it in front of me. Most take 15–20 minutes. From $60.

“A bank or school overseas wants a certified copy of my passport / certificate.”
This is a Certified True Copy. Bring the original — I compare it against the copy and certify it on the spot, usually under 10 minutes per document.

“I need someone to handle a property or financial matter on my behalf.”
This is a Power of Attorney. Straightforward ones are same-day. Property-related POAs need a proper read-through first — I’ll budget 30 minutes and won’t rush it.

“This document is going overseas — does it need extra authentication?”
Often, yes. Since Singapore joined the Apostille Convention, most documents bound for one of the 88 member countries need an Apostille from the Singapore Academy of Law after I notarize them — I’ll tell you if yours does and walk you through that step too.

“My company needs a board resolution or contract notarized.”
Same day for standard corporate documents. Add a day if it needs Apostille or embassy legalisation for the destination country.
